The Cin7 Core Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform provides shopfloor personnel with access to essential production information and the capability to perform key actions in real time, directly from their workstations or mobile devices.

Actions taken within the MES are seamlessly synchronized with Cin7 Core, facilitating stock movements and accounting transactions automatically. Conversely, data from Cin7 Core informs the MES, ensuring consistency across systems.

Workflow is limited to tasks assigned to individual users, who can:

• Initiate, pause, and complete manufacturing operations
• Monitor actual elapsed time for each operation
• Designate output locations for finished products
• Specify batch numbers, serial numbers, and expiry dates for finished goods
• Record actual production quantities and wastage
• Consume components during production processes
• Edit operation components and resource allocations to reflect actual consumption
• Access notes and relevant attachments related to operations
• Add notes and attachments to support documentation of each operation
• Manage storage of completed products, including put-away procedures
• Select finished goods and components from shopfloor work centers for further processing or storage
• Place picked items into designated organizational locations

The system ensures that production run data, work orders, capacity planning, and scheduling information are consistently updated in real time, supporting efficient manufacturing operations.
